For providing you with this mobile application( the “App” or “Software” ) and related services( “Services”), Daisyseed Corporation ( “we”, “our”, or “us”) needs to collect some privacy information about you. We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and solemnly promise to protect the personal information and privacy of users of the Software (hereinafter referred to as “Users” or “you”). When you use the Software, we may collect and use your personal information and user information. We hope that through this Privacy Policy, we can explain to you the corresponding processing rules and other relevant matters when we collect and use your personal information, so as to better protect your rights and interests. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

1.User Age Restriction
The Service offered by us are not intended for children under 18 or other statutory minimum age according to the applicable laws and regulations in your country (the “Minimum Age”). Anyone under the Minimum Age should not use the Service. With this in mind, we do not willingly collect personal data from children under the Minimum Age. All the same, if the collection of such data is brought to the attention of us, we will take all useful measures possible to delete the corresponding data. 2.Information We Process and Purposes of Processing Your Information
Information that you submit to the Software
1)Permission to Access to the Camera, Photo Album and Microphone.
When you first use certain features of the Software that require access to your camera (e.g., taking photos), photo album (e.g., uploading photos to the Software or saving photos/caching information to your device), or microphone (e.g., sending voice messages), the Software will display a pop-up window requesting your confirmation to grant us the permission to access to the camera, photo album or microphone. Only after you grant permission will we be able to access your device’s camera, photo album, or microphone.
2)Geolocation Information.
If you turn geolocation features on, when you use your mobile device, we will collect information about Wi-Fi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude, and may save your device’s coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we may use it to personalize the App and make it easier for you to interact with other users.
3)Registration Information
For getting more chances to interact with other users, you may voluntarily to create an account. When you register the account(“Account”) and provide us with the following personal details(“Registration Information”), such as your mobile phone number, username, gender identity, age, preference, personal introduction and profile pictures. We will collect such Registration Information to assist you with completing registration and to protect your Account. For such profile pictures, Only with your consent, will we gain access to your camera or album to collect them.
4)Information of the third-party account.
You may choose to log in the App through the third-party account, which is including but not limited to Facebook, Google, and when you do, we will collect your User ID and display name of your third-party account by the SDK of the third-party.
Information that is processed automatically
1)Technical Information.
We may use the API of IOS to collect certain technical information regarding your device, including the type, name and version of operating system: (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii)Identifier For Advertising; (iii)International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number; (iv)status of the WLAN; (v) application log information.
2)Face Data.
Collection and processing of your face data.
When you upload a photo to set your avatar, we only detect whether a face is present in the photo using CIDetector in Apple’s CoreImage framework. If not, the Software will prompt you to re-upload.
When you use certain features to process your facial photos, we or third-party AI providers (when the feature is powered by such providers) may analyze the face data, including the position and shape of the five sense organs, gender in the photos. This face data is captured solely to process photos containing your portrait and generate special-effect images for you.
If you cease to consent or affirmatively revoke consent for our collection and processing of your face data, we will promptly cease all such collection and processing.
Storage and sharing of your face data.
When certain features are powered by third-party AI providers, we may share facial photos uploaded by you to such providers solely for processing your facial photos as per your instructions and generate special-effect photos for you.
Only when you upload facial photos as avatars will we store the photos to show the avatars you have set. Beyond this, neither we nor third parties will store any other face data.
3)Consumption information.
When you purchasing virtual diamonds and other paid services offered by us (“in-app purchase”), we will collect the following consumption information from you and share it with Apple upon Apple’s request:
a.Account Tenure: the age of the your Account.
b.App Account Token: the UUID of your Account that completed the consumable in-app purchase transaction.
c.Consumption Status: whether you have consumed the in-app purchase.
d.Delivery Status: whether we delivered the in-app purchase you have purchased and, if not, the reasons for non-delivery.
e.Lifetime Dollars Purchased: the total amount, in USD, of in-app purchases you have made in the App, across all platforms;
f.Lifetime Dollars Refunded: the total amount, in USD, of refunds you have received, in the App, across all platforms;
g.Platform: the platform on which you consumed the in-app purchase;
h.Play Time: the amount of time that you used the App;
i.Sample Content Provided: whether we provided, prior to your purchase, a free sample or trial of the purchased content, or information about its functionality.
j.User Status: the status of your Account within the App.

4)Photos, videos and text.
To ensure a safe and healthy App experience for all users, we will collect the photos or videos that you intend to post on your profile or moments and share them with third-party technology provider who will detect and filter any suspected illegal or objectionable content before it is posted on the App. If such photos or videos are deemed suspected illegal or objectionable, you will not be able to post them on your profile or moments.
When you use the features provided by AI technology within the Software (collectively “AI Features”), such as AI image editing, we will collect the text, photos and other content you input into the Software and share such data with third-party providers of AI and content monitoring technologies. This enables third-party AI technology to recognize your requests and generate corresponding outputs as instructed. Simultaneously, the third-party monitoring technology will screen both your input and AI-generated content to filter out any material suspected to be illegal or objectionable.
5)Payment data.
We may collect certain information about your orders and payment records for purchasing virtual diamonds and other paid services offered by us. such as purchase items, payment time, order status. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple or Google). These companies can be contacted through their websites. Before entering your personal details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
6)Virtual diamonds and points.
We may collect certain information about virtual diamonds and points in your Account, such as the growth/ consumption of your points and virtual diamonds.
3.Use of your information
The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:
1)to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;
2)to improve and customize the Software and the Service;
3)to maintain, test, monitor and improve the quality and operation of the Software;
4)to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software and the Service;
5)to comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
4.Sharing Information with Third Parties
We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We will not rent or sell your personal data to third parties, but for your better use of the services provided by third-party organizations we may share your information from tools like device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App or providing service to the App. These third-party organizations may also collect your information directly through the Software or their SDKs. We do not have power to control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Therefore, if you do not want to share your personal data with any third-party organizations, please contact us for more details or do not use such service provided by that third-party organizations.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites/services or you may access the App from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our App, including the information or content contained within them.
We may disclose your personal information if it needed for objective reasons, due to public interest or in other unforeseen circumstances:

2)when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

As the App evolves, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information. By continuing to access or use the App after changes of this Privacy Policy become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

7.Transfer of Data Outside Your Territory
We work in the international space and provide the App to our users around the world. We and third party that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App or our third-party advertising partners may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
Where you located in the EEA, as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the App and/or Services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account.
